It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Mrs. Veronica Pamphile, better known as DayDai or Ma Chap of Anse Ger Desruisseaux born on February 6th, 1956 and passed away April 19th, 2026 at the age of 70 years old.

She was predeceased by her husband Joseph Pamphile

The funeral service of Mrs. Veronica Pamphile will be held at the Holy Cross Catholic Church in Desruisseaux on Friday, May 22nd at 2:00 p.m. There-after her body will be laid to rest at the Desruisseaux Cemetery.

Her body now lies at Rambally’s Funeral Parlour, La Tourney, Vieux Fort.
