Our hearts are heavy as we announce the death of our beloved Veronica Enid Shingleton-Smith also known as Nenen Fleur of Mamiku, Praslin; who passed away peacefully at her residence; surrounded by her four children on Friday, February 13th, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. She was 97 years old.

A celebration of life for Veronica Enid Shingleton-Smith also known as Nenen Fleur will be held at Mamiku Gardens on Saturday, February 28th, 2026 at 2:30 p.m.

Her body now lies at Rambally’s Funeral Parlour, La Tourney, Vieux Fort.
