It is with heavy hearts that we announce the death of our beloved George Stephen Fletcher also known as St. George and Fan-jos of Cedar Heights, Vieux Fort who passed away at the St. Jude Hospital on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at the age of 88 years.

The celebration of life service for our beloved George Stephen Fletcher also known as St. George and Fan-jos will be held at the Church of the Purification of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Laborie on Friday, February 13, 2026 at 2:30 p.m. His body will be interred at the Laborie Cemetery.

His body now lies at Rambally’s Funeral Parlour, La Tourney, Vieux Fort.
