It is with deep sadness that we announce the death of our beloved Anthony Charles Goolaman, better known as Mr. Dozy and Du of Forestierre Castries who passed away at the OKEU Hospital on January 6, 2026 at 7:25 a.m. He was 87 years old.

He was predeceased by his 2 wives:

Agnes Goolaman, nee Tisson also known as Ma Otis

Theresa Rosaline Goolaman, nee Hippolyte also known as Mummy

The funeral service of our beloved Anthony Charles Goolaman, better known as Mr. Dozy and Du will be held at the Forestierre Methodist Church on Wednesday January 21, 2026 at 2:00 p.m., and thereafter his body will be laid to rest at the Forestierre Methodist Cemetery.

Please note that transportation will be available; TX 815 will be parked at the Dereck Walcott Square in Castries from 12:30 to 1:10 p.m. and will depart to the Forestierre Methodist Church, Cemetery and back to the Square.

His body now lies at Rambally’s Funeral Parlour, Calvary Road, Castries.

May His Soul Rest In Perfect and External Eternal Peace.
