It is with profound sadness that we announce the death of our dearly beloved Bruno Charlery, better known as “Horman”, “Young”, “Charles” and“Joy” of Olibo, Laborie, who passed away peacefully at the St. Jude Hospital on Monday, 05th January 2026, at 11:45 a.m. He was 63 years old. He was employed as a Driver with the Ministry of Health’s Community Health Services Unit, specifically Regions 4 and 5.

 

He was pre-deceased by his mother:

Agatha Simeon also known as Tina’ and his stepfather Peter Simeon also known as “B”

 

Left to mourn his passing are:

 

His wife of 29 years; Judith Charlery, employed with the Laborie Co-operative Credit Union of Olibo, Laborie

 

Father:

John Philip also known as Maurice residing in the United Kingdom

 

Stepmother:

Cecilia Philip, residing in the United Kingdom

 

His Daughter:

Joan Mark residing in La Feuille, Monchy

The funeral service for the late Bruno Charlery, also known as “Horman", ‘Young”, “Charles” and “Joy" of Olibo, Laborie, will be held at the Augier Evangelical Church on Friday, 30th January 2026 at 2:30 p.m. His body will be laid to rest at the Michael O’Brian Private Cemetery.

Also note that persons wishing to attend the funeral service are asked to wear a touch of Bruno’s favorite color, blue.

 

His body now lies at Rambally’s Funeral Parlour, La Tourney, Vieux Fort

 

He is resting in perfect peace
