It is with deep sadness that we announce the death of our loving, Grand Father, Father, Brother, Grand Uncle, Uncle and Friend, Sydney Louis, better known as “Alambi” from Morne Du Don Castries, but resided in Desruisseaux, who passed away peacefully at his residence on December 13th, 2025, at the age of 83 years at 4:30 a.m.
He was predeceased by;

The funeral service for the late Sydney ‘Alambi’ Louis, will take place at the Dennery Seventh-day Adventist Church in Bois Jolie Dennery at 2:00PM on Sunday, January 11, 2026. His body will be laid to rest at the Dennery Cemetery.
The body now lies at Rambally’s Funeral Parlour, La Tourney, Vieux Fort.
Transportation will be provided from Desruisseaux to the Dennery SDA Church. Two buses namely – Cutter & Gavran - will be at the Spring Road Junction to provide transportation to the funeral buses leave at 1pm.
May he rest in perfect peace.
