We regret to announce the death of Dorothy Mathurin, better known as Miss Mary, originally from Soufriere but resided at Entrepot, who at the time of her passing resided at the Marian Home. She passed away at the OKEU Hospital on November 24, 2025 at approximately 5:00 a.m.
She was 88 years old.
Left to mourn;
Her Daughter:
Miss Glanis Mathurin of Soufriere
Adopted Daughter:
Mrs. Inista St. Marthe and family of Ciceron, Castries (pronounce the I as an e)
5 Grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren in Soufriere
Also left to mourn:
Management, staff and residents of the Marian Home
Residents of Entrepot
Other family and friends too numerous to mention.
The funeral service of the late Dorothy Mathurin, better known as Miss Mary, will be conducted at the Sacred Heart Church, Marchand on Wednesday December 10, 2025 at 2:30 p.m., and her body will be laid to rest at the Choc Cemetery.
Her body now lies at Rambally’s Funeral Parlour, Calvary Road, Castries.
