We announce with deep sadness the death of Mr. Digby Ambris of Biabou, St. Vincent & the Grenadines, residing at Gros Islet, aged 85, who died at home on Monday, 24th November, 2025, following a brief illness.
He is survived by his wife:

Daughters:
Lark and Simone Ambris
Step-Son:
Christopher Corbin
Also left to mourn
The extended family, including the George, Charles, Ambris and Ambrose families of St. Vincent & the Grenadines, Saint Lucia, Trinidad & Tobago, the United States of America and the United Kingdom; the Johnson Family of Grenada; and relatives in the United States, Canada, and Barbados.
Mr. Ambris will be fondly remembered by his brothers and colleagues from Masonic Lodges, Rotary Clubs of St. Vincent and St. Lucia, and Tennis Associations, as well as by former associates of Barclays Bank PLC where he worked for nearly 40 years and the National Commercial Bank of St. Vincent & the Grenadines.
The body of the late Mr. Digby Ambris will lie in state at the Castries Methodist Church for viewing from 9:30am on Thursday, 4th December 2025. The Funeral Service will follow at 10:00 a.m., after which interment will take place at the Gros Islet Cemetery.
His body now lies at Rambally's Funeral Parlour, Calvary Road, Castries.
