It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, godmother, and friend Bibiana Elva, affectionately known as “Mum Meridith”, who departed this life on Monday, June 9, 2025, at the age of 84.

She was a devoted mother, a woman of faith, strength and generosity, who touched the lives of many through her kindness and wisdom.

The funeral service of the late Bibiana Elva, affectionately known as “Mum Meridith” will be held on July 3rd, 2025 at the Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church, Vieux Fort at 2:00 p.m. Her body will be laid to rest at the La Tourney Cemetery.
