It is with overwhelming sadness and heartbreak we the family announces the death of a beloved mother, grandmother, sister and aunt Irena Mitchel better known as Urainia or You-Youn, who passed away at her residence in Dierre Morne, Vieux-Fort on Monday, March 3rd, 2025 at the age of 63 years old and her one and only daughter, our beloved Glena Michael of Aubrierre, Augier who passed away tragically on Saturday, March 15th, 2025 at approximately 10:00 p.m. She was 45 years old.
The funeral arrangements of our beloved Irena Mitchel better known as Urainia or You-Youn and her daughter Glena Michael will be announced in a subsequent broadcast.
Their bodies now lie at Rambally’s Funeral Parlour, La Tourney, Vieux Fort.
May they both rest in perpetual peace
