It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt, cousin, and friend, Georgianna Albertha Modeste better known as Albertha Modeste of Jacmel. She went to meet her maker on Monday January 6, 2025 at 7:30 p.m., at the age of 88 years. She was a beloved member of the Jacmel Community, Apostolic Faith Church in Bois Den and Holy Family church of Jacmel.

The funeral service of the late Georgianna Albertha Modeste better known as Albertha Modeste will be held at the Holy Family Catholic Church Jacmel on Friday February 28, 2025 at 2;00 p.m., and her body will be laid to rest at the Jacmel Cemetery.
Her body now lies at Rambally’s Funeral Parlour, Calvary Road, Castries.
