It is with heavy hearts we announce the death of our beloved Uralise Jn Baptiste Jacob better known as Ulina or T Une of Grace, Vieux-Fort; who passed away at the St Jude Hospital on Thursday, March 19th, 2026 at the age of 73 years old.

The funeral service of our beloved Uralise Jn Baptiste Jacob better known Ulina (pronounced as You-Lye-na) or T Une of Grace, Vieux-Fort will be held at the Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church in Vieux-Fort on Thursday, April 30th, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. there after her body will be laid to rest by her cherished loved ones at the La Tourney, Cemetery.

Also note that transportation will be available from Micoud to the Vieux Fort Catholic Church and back.

The bus will be stationed by Mr. Jeffery in Micoud from 2 p.m. Bus leaves at 2:30 p.m. sharp.

Her body now lies at Rambally’s Funeral Parlour, La Tourney, Vieux Fort.
