It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing away of Mary Nelson, better known as U-Far, Ti Youth, Etawoe and Ma St. John of Despinoze, Dennery, who passed away at the Victoria Hospital on Monday, October 1, 2018 at 7:07 a.m. She was 70 years old.

The funeral service for the late Mary Nelson, better known as U-Far, Ti Youth, Etawoe and Ma St. John, will take place on Saturday 13th October, 2018 at 2:30 p.m. at the St. Michael’s Roman Catholic Church at La Ressource Dennery. The body will be interred at the La Ressource Cemetery.


Please note; the family would like persons attending the funeral service to wear preferably white or cream with a touch of gold rather than black as a remembrance of her as our beacon of light for her family.

Her body now lies at Rambally’s Funeral Parlour, Calvary Road, Castries

May she rest in perfect peace!
