We are saddened to announce the passing of Serajie Deonandan better known as Mrs. Deo residing at Hewanorra Orchard, Vieux Fort. She passed away on October 12, 2024 at 9:20am at the St. Jude Hospital at the age of 72 years.
She was a retired teacher of the Laborie RC Boys Primary School, but also taught at the Riviere Doree Combined, Dugard Combined, Roblot Combined and Piaye Combined Schools.
She was predeceased by;

The funeral service of the late Serajie Deonanan better known as Mrs. Deo will be held on Saturday October 19, 2024 at 10:30AM at Rambally’s Chapel in La Tourney, Vieux Fort and her body will be cremated thereafter.
Viewing will be at the chapel from 9:45-10:30 AM.
Persons attending the service are kindly requested to wear white.
The funeral service will be streamed on GVD TV.
The family requests to mourn in private.
