It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Matriach Medeline Marquis also known as, Tea-Mar, Ma Wizzard or Ma Jukes of Leslie, Blanchard, Desruisseaux. She departed this life at St. Jude’s Hospital on Thursday, 13th June 2024 at 12:51p.m. She was 78 years old.

The funeral service of the late Medeline Marquis also known as, Tea-Mar, Ma Wizzard or Ma Jukes of Leslie, Blanchard, Desruisseaux, will be held at the Holy Cross Parish Catholic Church in Desruisseaux on Friday 12th July 2024 at 2:00 p.m. There after her body will be laid to rest at the Desruisseaux Cemetery.

Her body now lies peacefully at Rambally’s Funeral Parlour, La Tourney, Vieux- Fort.
