The death is announced of Herbert Rigby also known as Reginal Reggie &"Smally" originally of Guyana ,resided in Suriname& Cayenne but resided at Cocoa Babonneau, St. Lucia at the time of his passing. He passed away on Thursday December 21st,2023 at the OKEU Hospital .He was 74 years old
He was pre- deceased by his parents:
Egner Rigby and Thomas Rigby both resided in Guyana

The funeral arrangements for the late Herbert Rigby will be held on Wednesday January 10th,2024 at the Rambally's Chapel Calvary Road, Castries at 10:00 am
His body now lies peacefully at Rambally's Funeral Parlour Calvary Road, Castries
