Mr. Mac Claude James who commenced his journey here with us on December 12th 1949, departed this existence on 15th December 2023 at the age of 74 years.

Though originally from St Paul's Lane Vieux Fort, he opted to spend his last years at La Tourney, Vieux Fort. Mac Claude James was a building contractor engaged in the construction of the Club Med Hotel now Coconut Bay and Hess; sponsored schools island wide and various other projects. He also was a baker, farmer and weight lifter.

The body of Mr. Mac Claude James will be parted with privately at Rambally’s Chapel, La Tourney, Vieux-Fort on Thursday, January 4th, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. His Body will be cremated at Rambally’s Crematorium, La Tourney, Vieux-Fort.

His body now lies at Rambally’s Funeral Parlour, La Tourney, Vieux-Fort.
