It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the death of our beloved Joseph Edmunds, better known as 'Redverse' or 'Reds' of La Mar Laborie. He passed away at the St. Jude Hospital on 27th November, 2023 at approximately 4:20 p.m. He was 66 years old.

 

He was predeceased by his parents:

Dennis Newton of Vieux-Fort and

Lenora Darchevile of La Mar, Laborie

 

His Brother:

Ernest Darcheville of La Mar, Laborie

 

His Sisters:

Marana Edmunds of Dame Pearlette Louisy Drive, Laborie and Camilla Joseph of the U.K.

 

Left to mourn;

 

His four (4) Brothers:

Isaac Joseph better known as Dickenson, along with his children and grandchildren of the U.K.

Sylvester Darcheville of Petite Bois Laborie and

Emmanuel Darcheville of Vanard Castries;

both retired police sergeants of the Royal Saint Lucia Police Force

Bryan Darcheville of Balembouche Choiseul

The funeral service for the late Joseph Edmunds better known as 'Redverse' or 'Reds' will be held at the Church of the Purification of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Laborie, on Friday15th December, 2023 at 2:30pm. His body will be laid to rest at the Laborie Cemetery.

 

May he rest in eternal peace.
