It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the death of Elisa Joseph also known as Elizabeth or Tepine of Up The Line, Micoud. She passed away at the Marian Home for the Elderly where she resided; on Monday, September 25th, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. She was 76 years old.

She survived by her children:

Jacinta Lesmond, Bruno and Bennett Augustin

Adopted Daughter:

Cornelia Velinor

She survived by her grandchildren:

Akil, Solange, Juhan, Sherkem, Kailani, Malik, Nahal,

Deven and Alya

Her Cousins:

Elizabeth Augustin also known as Seelow and many too numerous to mention

The funeral service for the late Elisa Joseph also known as Elizabeth or Tepine will be held at St. Lucy’s National Shrine Catholic Church in Micoud on Monday, October 23rd, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. after which her body will be laid to rest at the Micoud Cemetery.

Special Note:

The family of the late Elisa Joseph requests a touch of red to be worn to the funeral service in her honor.

Her body now lies at Rambally’s Funeral Parlour, La Tourney, Vieux Fort.
