We regret to announce the death of our beloved Carmelia Samuel better known as Billa or Aunty Billa or Carmy of Piaye, Choiseul. She passed away at the St. Jude Hospital on Sunday, August 13th, 2023 at the age of 59 years old.

The funeral service of the late Carmelia Samuel better known as Billa or Aunty Billa or Carmy of Piaye, Choiseul will be held at Rambally’s Chapel, La Tourney, Vieux-Fort on Thursday, August 24th, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. after which her body will be laid to rest at the La Tourney Cemetery.

Special Note:

The funeral service of the late Carmelia Samuel will be lived streamed on youtube and facebook via viclann2kproductions. 

Transportation will be available for persons; a coaster will be leaving the Piaye-Saltibus junction at 1:00 p.m. to take persons to the funeral service and back to Piaye.

Her body now lies at Rambally’s Funeral Parlour, La Tourney, Vieux Fort.
