It with immense and profound sadness that we announce the passing of our dearly beloved George Nelson Douence affectionately known as Nello or Uncle who spent most of his adult life in Arima, Trinidad. He passed away at his residence in Monchy on Monday August 7, 2023. He was 83 years old.

The Thanksgiving Service for the late George Douence affectionately known as Nello will be held at the St. Joseph The Worker Church, Gros-Islet on Wednesday, August 23, 2023 at 2:30 p.m., and his body will later be cremated at Rambally’s Crematorium, La Tourney, Vieux-fort.

His body now lies at Rambally’s Funeral Parlour, Calvary Road, Castries.
