It is with great sadness that we announce the death of our beloved mother Irene Celine Smphorien better known as Irene Emile or Miss Saline, formally of Fond-le-grand but resided at Carellie Gardens, Castries who passed away at her residence on Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at 7:40a.m. She was 86 years.

The funeral service for the late Irene Celine Smphorien better known as Irene Emile or Miss Saline will be held at the Minor Basilica of the Immaculate Conception on Wednesday, March 8, 2023 at 2:30 p.m., and her body will be laid to rest at the Choc Cemetery.

Please note that the family would like to mourn in private after the funeral service.

Her body now lies at Rambally's Funeral Parlour, Calvary Road, Castries.
