It is with broken hearts that we the family of Major Edmona Sylvestre affectionately known as Sarah or Aunty Sarah, originally of Trou Rouge, Marchand, announce that she was prompted to Glory on Friday 18th Septmeber, 2020 in Guyana. She was the first Salvation Army Officer from St. Lucia and served as a religious minister in many countries. She was 55 years old.

The Celebration of our beloved Major Edmona Sarah Sylvestre will be held will be held on 7th November 2020 at 1pm, at the Methodist Church, Castries. The body will be interred at the Gros Islet Cemetery.

 

Please Note:

The body will be viewed from 11 am at the Salvation Army on High Street.

The family would like persons attending the funeral service to wear a touch of green or blue if possible.

Kindly ensure you wear your mask as COVID- 19 protocol will be adhered to.
